System Configuration

Configure dropdown options and default values for the agreement forms. Changes are saved to local storage and can be exported as JSON for server configuration.

Account Managers

Define the available account managers and their email addresses for the dropdown selection.

Define the tariff options available in the dropdown selection.

Rename the role labels used throughout the portal. This does not change permissions.

Default Terms & Conditions

Set the default terms text that appears on new agreements. This text will be locked by default but can be unlocked for editing.

1.	Rates and charges assessed herein are subject to the governing rules of tariff LDTN 500.
2.	LDTN 500 rates and fees apply unless otherwise specified in this agreement.
3.	Fuel Surcharge: The LDTN Standard Fuel Surcharge applies unless otherwise noted in this agreement.
4.	Payment terms are NET 30 days, unless otherwise specified. Late payments will incur additional fees.
5.	Effective Date & Termination: This agreement commences upon the date of the customer's signature and remains in effect for one calendar year. Unsigned agreements are invalid. Either party may terminate this agreement with 10 days' written notice.
6.	Inactivity: This agreement will automatically terminate after 60 consecutive days of inactivity.
7.	Maximum freight liability is limited to $2.50 per pound unless otherwise specified in writing within this agreement.
8.	Confidentiality: This agreement is confidential between LDT and the listed customer. Disclosure of these terms to third parties will result in immediate cancellation.
9.	The pricing and terms herein supersede all previous agreements for the named accounts.
